Account Services

If you need to order new cheques, click on the Account Services link, then select Order Cheques. Follow the prompts to place your order, then click the Order Cheques button when you're finished.

Profile and Preferences

This is where you'll change your contact information such as your address and telephone number, or change your password.

To change your address or telephone number, simply select what you want to change, fill in your information (don't forget to include your unit or apartment number in the address line) and the date when you want the change to take effect. Don't forget to click the checkbox that allows us to change your information in our files and continue providing online banking services to you. Then, click Next.

Carefully review the changes to your contact information, then click Submit. If you need to make changes, click Cancel to return to the previous screen.

To change your password, click on the Change Password link, then follow the prompts and click Submit to save your changes.

If you'd like to save your login information on a computer you use regularly, click the "Memorize my login information" link, then Add an Account. Assign a name to your account along with your login ID, then click submit.

For your security and protection, we don't recommend using this feature on a public computer that's accessed by several users.
